This role will involve supporting a portfolio of M&A projects, and ensuring smooth execution of acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and value realization through the integration process. In addition, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and preparing critical materials and documentation to support all M&A activities including executive reports, checklists, presentations, and project plans.Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of M&A projects from initial planning through post-close execution. Ensure timely integration or wind-down of people, processes, and technologies across the organization.
  • Oversee project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations, ensuring milestones are met and risks identified and mitigated. Provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across multiple teams, including finance, legal, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of corporate development initiatives and other core business objectives.
  • Create and manage high-quality documentation, including project plans, executive presentations, status updates, and communication materials.
  • Identify at-risk accounts and consults with internal partners to assist with the development of action plans to address customer risks and opportunities.
  • Consolidate information from internal and external customer feedback to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Conduct financial management assessments to identify administrative and operational efficiencies that could result in financial gains.
  • Define strategies for the continuous improvement of M&A processes identifying best practices, lessons learned, and opportunities to streamline and enhance future projects.
  • Direct the development and introduction of new products and identifies the potential impact on workflows and the overall implementation process.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, such as investment banks, venture capitalists, and industry experts to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior Relevant Work Experience 7-10 years' experience in M&A integration, corporate strategy, healthcare operations or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and driving complex initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
