This leader oversees the team of practice transformation advisors and quality practice liaisons, collaborating across the health plan to tailor and implement the Quality and Practice Transformation strategies for the IL provider network with a focus on alignment of practice operations and capabilities supporting Medicaid member needs. This leader will focus on implementation of clinical best practices to improve provider practice performance, and optimize health outcomes and practice earning opportunities in P4P. In alignment with the VBC and Provider Experience teams, the role drives and supports achievement of the quintuple aim through focused efforts on provider experience and population outcomes. Using innovation, integration strategies and data, this leader links quality management activities to business goals. Health Care Quality Management includes, but is not limited to, QM Programs/Infrastructure, behavioral health QM, credentialing, delegation and regulatory accreditation support, clinical and service measurement and improvement and quality of care investigations .Required Qualifications
Develops and interprets healthcare data reports and presents findings to relevant stakeholders.
5-8 years collaborating with various stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, pharmacists, and other internal teams to facilitate the execution of quality improvement initiatives and assess results.
5-8 years leading performance improvement projects aimed at enhancing overall healthcare quality, reducing errors, and improving operational efficiency.
5-8 years develops and delivers education and training programs to enhance the clinical knowledge and skills of healthcare providers and staff.
Participates in committees and workgroups focused on healthcare quality and process improvement methodologies.Preferred Qualifications

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
