The Senior Manager, Change Enablement, will lead the planning and execution of change initiatives that support CVS Health's transformation agenda. This role works directly with business units and project teams to deliver tailored change strategies, support colleague adoption, and ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks and culture.Signature Impact (First 12 Months)

  • Successfully deliver change management plans for 1-2 major transformation projects, achieving measurable adoption and engagement targets.
  • Serve as a key connector between project teams and the broader change management function, ensuring best practices are applied.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of training, tools, and resources that build change capability across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management plans for assigned initiatives, including stakeholder analysis, communications, and training.
  • Partner with project managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to tailor change approaches to specific contexts.
  • Monitor and report on adoption metrics, colleague feedback, and project outcomes.
  • Support the Lead Director in building and sustaining the change management community of practice.
  • Identify opportunities to improve change management processes and tools.

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to deliver change management support for complex projects.
  • Strong project management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Prosci certification or other change management certification preferred; or equal years of working experience may be considered.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
