You will develop a deep understanding of the buying needs and challenges of business decision makers with a focus on creating a best-in-class buying experience for clients as well as driving a best-in-class member experience. Additionally you will be directly supporting driving improvements to key experiences and moments that matter to our members to help provide better education around prescription benefits, including reimagining the new member onboarding experience. This role is best suited for someone highly collaborative in nature, accustomed to and enjoys supporting large, multi-faceted projects and a deep knowledge of B2B, B2C and B2B2C communication strategy development and execution.Key responsibilities:

- Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans as well as integrated campaigns based on market research, insights and best practices that incorporate multiple channels with measurable results.
- Define business objectives by analyzing marketing performance metrics and insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues responsible for the execution of defined marketing plans.
- Lead and guide cross functional collaboration on campaign development and delivery, including creative, analytics, digital, product, clinical, operations and legal, and external agency partners.
- Provide feedback on creative execution and marketing activations to ensure results are delivering on goals and KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, and incorporate new approaches and innovations into marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- 7+ years experience in a marketing related field
- Experience supporting B2C, B2B and B2B2C campaign strategies, integrated marketing plans, and communication development
- Strategic and analytic thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to be curious while maintaining a strategic; big-picture perspective.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects
- Analytically comfortable interpreting data; ability to summarize audience insights, campaign data, research and communicate insights and opportunity areas
- Healthcare experience or experience or experience in a similar vertical
- Experience navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust approach to accommodate your audience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
