As the Senior Manager for Caremark's Brand and Content Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a digital adoption strategy that drives engagement across B2B and B2C audiences to contribute to larger business goals and objectives. This individual will bring expertise and knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channel best practices to execute a strategic marketing plan that's rooted in data, customer insights and industry knowledge.This role requires a deep knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and channel execution, including the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships. You will be accountable for managing multiple projects simultaneously, on-time and within budget.Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive digital adoption for B2B and B2C audiences with a focus on contact growth initiatives and optimization of Caremark and Business Caremark website experiences
  • Create and execute Adobe Target test plan for Caremark.com and work with internal/external partners to execute and measure
  • Spearhead contact growth, optimization and data cleanup efforts, allowing for a more segmented and personalized marketing communication strategy with our audiences
  • Measure performance, drive initiatives to further sophisticate channel specific reporting, and leverage data to make recommendations to drive engagement across channels
  • Lead weekly web meetings to review progress on projects in flight and be an active participant in monthly data meetings, organized to share updates and insights across the larger Caremark team
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years marketing experience
  • 2+ years experience working across digital marketing channels (e.g., email, web, social, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading a small team
  • Experience working with internal and external agency partners
  • Proficient in using and optimizing digital channels to engage our audiences, including experience with MarTech stack and tools (Adobe suite)
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, verbal and written
  • Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration and ability to work effectively with key business partners
  • Health care marketing experience and understanding
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to schedule people, tasks, or projects and to develop realistic action plans given time and resource constraints
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and build consensus across all levels of the organization
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience required.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
