CVS Health's Finance organization is undergoing a strategic transformation to modernize processes, systems, and business partnerships. As part of this journey, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to lead key initiatives focused on optimizing our Enterprise SAP S/4HANA platform. This role will be instrumental in driving project execution, enabling scalable solutions, and delivering measurable impact across the Finance organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, deep expertise in Finance and Accounting, and strong project management capabilities. This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver innovative solutions that align with enterprise goals. The Senior Manager will serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring that transformation efforts are aligned with business needs and executed effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic projects to enhance SAP S/4HANA capabilities across Finance functions, including but not limited to, General Ledger, Reporting, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Planning, and Consolidation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance, IT, and other business units to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Identify and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the enterprise.
- Lead working sessions with stakeholders and document business requirements and related project deliverables.
- Champion change management efforts to support adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance and audit controls within SAP S/4HANA and related business processes.
- Develop and execute strategies for business process monitoring and continuous improvement.

- 8+ years of relevant work experience, including experience working in large ERP systems.
- 3+ years prior experience working in/with SAP ERP solutions
- 3+ years of proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation projects, preferably within SAP environments.
- 3+ years people management experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Previous consulting experience
- Prior experience in corporate accounting, finance or financial systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA platform.

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
