The Sr Financial Analyst, FP&A will play an important part in the continued progress and growth of Oak Street Health. This role will own and be responsible for capital budgeting, forecasting and analysis of data that aligns Oak Street's business process and strategic goals with our financial goals. Through partnerships with both finance and cross-functional colleagues, this role will be critical in both understanding and optimizing the financial performance of the organization. The ideal candidate will have relevant functional experience (including experience developing and utilizing Adaptive Planning forecasting and reporting capabilities), be self-directed, and enjoy working with a team in a fast-paced environment.Core Responsibilities:

- Primary responsibility to oversee the lifecycle of capital reporting and analysis of monthly results (financial performance, variance to expectations, trending, KPIs, etc), as well as creation of monthly results packages for executive leadership and operational teams, with a focus on providing relevant insights that drive business decisions surrounding capital expenditures.
- Support of all relevant capital planning cycles (long-range planning, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, etc.) working with other FP&A team members and cross-functional partners to establish assumptions and create operational buy-in.
- Ongoing business/investment decision support through pro-forma creation, ROI analysis, sensitivity analysis, valuation, etc.
- Partner with operational leads and leverage financial expertise to drive strategic decisions and provide actionable recommendations to business partners
- Contribute to the streamlining of our financial systems, including developing additional functionality, and maintaining existing tools
- Handling ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned.
We're looking for motivated analysts with:
- 2-5 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in a highly-analytical, fast-paced environment
- Efficient in understanding P&L and Balance Sheet variances
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skill sets
- Comfort with large data sets and ability to transform data into information and recommendations
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain financial data/information to a non-financial audience
- Ability to take direction, push analyses/processes to the next step independently
- Comfort in "managing-up" and working with senior leaders
- Highly proficient with Microsoft suite and Adaptive Planning; experience with Workday, SAP, SQL, Alteryx, VBA, Python, and/or other financial analytical tools a plus

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
