Address verification, and authorization, revenue cycle management, compliance and documentation, as well as customer service and issue resolution. Provides support in ensuring accurate billing, efficient revenue flow, and compliance with regulations.In this role, you will be responsible for the processing of Medicare member correspondence including billing, grievances, change of addresses, member outreach, and other member requests. In addition to incoming member correspondence, you will be responsible for the processing of returned mail according to Medicare guidelines while also meeting established production and quality standards. The position requires the ability to multitask between such duties as sorting mail from various PO Boxes and scanning documents to be forwarded electronically throughout the enterprise.Required Qualifications

- 1+ year(s) experience working in a team environment
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook and Excel
- Efficient organization skills, and attention to detail
- Efficient communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with mail equipment
- Experience with electronically scanning large volumes
- Medicare experience
- Customer service experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
