Senior Data Scientist - GenAI Product

We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of series of customized GenAI solutions. This role will focus on building scalable, production-grade systems using Python and modern frameworks, with a strong emphasis on generative AI applications such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, agile environment and be comfortable working consultatively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and present results.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ year of coding experience (Preferably Python)
- 3+ years of experience in backend systems (FastAPI experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions (e.g., RAG pipelines, agent-based systems)
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar
- Experience working in cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills in agile settings
- Ability to work consultatively with junior stakeholders, clarify needs, and communicate technical concepts effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare (PBM / insurance) domains
- Familiarity with B2B sales process
- Experience integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise workflows
- Exposure to MLOps practices and tools (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$111,240.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
