Position Summary
Work From Home - Full Time - $19.50 per hourMeritain Health, a subsidiary of Aetna and CVS Health, has multiple openings for Customer Service Representatives to support our Phoenix, AZ location. This is a work from home position across the state of AZ and states in the Mountain Time Zone.This position handles customer service inquiries via telephone, internet, or written correspondence.• Support inbound calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, etc.

• Work as a team and apply the CVS Core Values in day-to-day operations.
• Create a differentiated service experience.
• Demonstrate service discipline.
• Handle service challenges with patience and understanding.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in a production environment.

• Results-oriented and self-motivated.Preferred Qualifications

• Call center and medical terminology/insurance experience.
