We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project & Reporting Specialist to join our Enterprise Pharmacist Talent Acquisition team. This role will be instrumental in assisting with the planning and execution of the annual campus recruitment cycle and supporting various pharmacist mobilization projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities, analytical acumen, and a passion for operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Planning
- Assist with the planning and execution of the annual pharmacist campus recruitment cycle.
- Support leadership in mobilization projects related to pharmacist hiring across the enterprise.
- Monitor and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools such as Microsoft Project and Airtable.
- Generate and analyze recruitment, auditing, and hiring reports using Workday and Excel to provide actionable insights for the broader team.
- Support leadership with enhancement of dashboards (e.g., routine data upload/maintenance) to support strategic decision-making.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and recruitment metrics to support the broader team's alignment with hiring goals.
- Support with various talent acquisition functions including but not limited to interview scheduling, as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including but not limited to HR, Pharmacy Operations, and Training and Development.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports for leadership to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g., Schools/Colleges of Pharmacy) and vendors as needed for recruitment events and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and intermediate reporting skills.
- Experience with an ATS (e.g., Workday), database tool (e.g., Airtable), and project management tool (e.g., Microsoft Project) or similar tools.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Travel < 10%.
- Experience in working with health care or pharmacy recruiting teams.
- Familiarity with campus recruitment cycles and university partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field OR 2+ years of experience in project coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
