Be a key contributor of the Talent Acquisition - Signify Health's Team's innovative healthcare journey. This is a fast-paced, dynamic, and critical role on the Talent Acquisition team. While the daily tasks may vary, you will be a pivotal partner in providing coordination and support throughout the recruiting life cycle. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report to the TA Sr. Manager. The Sr. TA Coordinator is the calming force in a sea of urgency as the recruiting team, hiring leaders and colleagues seek support from several competing priorities and directions.Duties of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator (including but not limited to):

- Managing candidate correspondence, offer letter and addendum communications, start date changes.
- Supporting the TA recruiters and managers with applicant/candidate activities in their geographical regions.
- Coordination/ Liaison of candidate onboarding activities and orders such as badges, lab coats, background checks and drug screens.
- Provide guidance and direction to candidates in the application and onboarding cycle.
- Assist in the coordination of interview scheduling.
- Report and Data Management
- Maintaining sensitive/highly confidential information of business-related activities and materials
- Supporting special initiatives across the TA team including high volume and critical recruiting projects.
- At least 1 year(s) of experience working full time in a client/customer support administrative role.
- Experience using Microsoft Office application software such as MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and One Note.
- Stellar Verbal, Written Communication and Organization Skills
- At least 1 year of experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- At least 1 year of experience working in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition function.
- Experience in working in the healthcare industry.
- Proficient in Outlook, Webex, Microsoft Team, PowerPoint, One Note & Adobe Fillable Forms.
- Stellar Verbal, Written Communication and Organization Skills.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or equivalent is required

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $35.29This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
