Senior Coordinator, Pharmacy Operations Call Center

The CVS Health RxTempAlerts team serves as the primary managing interface for the CVS Retail Central Monitoring Team. This position will handle incoming temperature event alerts and triage directly with pharmacy teams to mitigate any potential temperature excursion. This position will be supported with robust standard operating procedures, guidance documents, job aids, conversation templates, and a Customer Support Center Team to mitigate potential issues and drive patient safety best practices. This individual will report to the Pharmacy Operations Supervisor.As a key part of the Pharmacy Central Monitoring team, this individual will:
• View Patient Safety as the cornerstone of proper pharmaceutical care
• Value the importance of collaboration with remote pharmacy teams
• Have an appreciation for navigating a complex environment
• Creatively problem-solve cold chain storage issues with provided supportive materialsRequired Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience working with sensitive information and or HIPAA, or experience working in a Call Center environment where a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. Ability to work the following schedule: Sunday - 10am - 6:30pm eastern; Wednesday - 11:30am - 8:00pm eastern, Saturday 10am - 6:30 pm eastern Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to work with a high volume, production oriented, time sensitive Call Center environment
• Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize work, maintain flexibility, and manage expectations while meeting scheduled deadlines
• Must be able to function well in a professional team environment
• Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Outlook and the ability to master other related department applications
• Ability to handle inquiries, and exercise good judgment and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems
• Customer Service experience
• Prior patient prescription records experience
• Prior pharmacy work experience
• Prior retail or corporate work experience
• Associate's degreeEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
