The Senior Benefit Consultant will be responsible for the preparation of customer specific benefit and plan documents.
Consult with internal and external partners to complete documents for implementations, renewals, and revisions to benefit plans.
Ensure all compliance guidelines and key performance measures are met while providing high level customer service.

- Produce customer documents/contracts for Aetna International customers.
- Ensure all documents are in compliance within State and Federal regulations.
- Interact with, and provide consultative services to internal and external constituents.
- Work with multiple Aetna systems in a rapidly changing environment.
- Organize and manage a complex book of business.
- 1+ years in plan sponsor services.
- Strong customer service background, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of reading CCI and interpreting medical benefits.
- Experience creating plan documents in ePublishing.
- Strong writing skills.
- Proficient in Word and Excel.
- Experience supporting custom products and/or services.
- Experience as a Plan Coordination Consultant, Eligibility Consultant , or medical claims processing roles is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or High School diploma/GED and equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
