We are seeking a Senior Analytics Enablement Lead to bridge our Databricks platform with business, Informatics users, and Data Scientists. This role focuses on empowering non-technical teams with intuitive data access, curated models, and self-service analytics - backed by robust data governance.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain Databricks SQL dashboards, business-ready datasets, and semantic models.
  • Drive adoption of Databricks by business and Informatics users with intuitive tools and support.
  • Translate business needs into data products and reusable assets.
  • Train and support business and Informatics users in Databricks SQL, dashboards, and best practices.
  • Define and enforce data stewardship, documentation, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure dataset integrity, availability, and performance.
  • Create feedback loops that help engineering prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • Support integration with AWS Quicksight, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data architecture roles.
  • Proficiency in Databricks and Python/PySpark, preferably on AWS infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and Unity Catalog.
  • Understanding of data lineage, quality, and stewardship.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and dashboard development.
  • Experience enabling non-technical users and creating data literacy resources.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Databricks Certification(s).
  • Experience integrating Databricks with enterprise data tools.
  • Experience collaborating with Informatics teams or healthcare analytics a plus.
  • Managed Healthcare experience or knowledge of health insurance concepts, preferably Risk adjustment.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
