- Serves as project manager and/or participant on selected project(s).
- Develops information in support of strategic business plans to meet projected requirements of business area.
- Provides analytical support for medical cost trend analysis and strategic planning (such as verifying trends developed by Actuarial team and developing new tools for the regions to analyze medical costs).
- Works cross-functionally throughout the region toward achieving operational targets.
- Presents complex information in a way that multiple levels within an organization can understand and utilize to make appropriate decisions to meet business objectives.
- Work consists of tasks that are typically not routine, works independently and applies discretion within established operational boundaries and procedures
- Typically works under general supervision

- 3-5 years of work experience in analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel, MS-Access and Web-based query tools (MCM, data warehouse). Ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong analytical ability and familiarity with advanced financial and healthcare concepts.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly, concisely and logically from a cross functional perspective.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrates initiative, innovation and leadership in achieving results.
- Bachelors degree or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
