- Design, implement, and support on-prem, hybrid and cloud-based solutions (including RightFax environments) for internal enterprise businesses.
- Support HIPAA-compliant infrastructure and ensure the secure transmission of sensitive healthcare data across networks.
- Proactively analyze and resolve issues to maintain uptime and performance across enterprise environments.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for incidents affecting enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application, security, and help desk to ensure successful secure document delivery services.
- Automate by developing scripts and innovative technical solutions to monitor service performance, proactively identify issues, and streamline routine administrative tasks.
- Document network architectures and operational processes to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical mentoring and coaching for colleagues and business partners.
- 8+ years of experience in working with secure document delivery platforms or related technical role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, Windows server, and security technologies
- Extensive experience with RightFax and Fax Over IP or similar secure communications systems used in healthcare
- Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate tasks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, certifications or related field experience
- Experience with enterprise healthcare, financial, or regulated environments
- Prior exposure to ITIL practices or structured service delivery models
- Familiarity with lean Agile principles, practices, and service as a product mindset.

The typical pay range for this role is:$64,890.00 - $129,780.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
