The Member Communications Sr Analyst will initiate and manage multiple projects of varied complexity simultaneously, and is assigned to special projects related to ongoing improvement and expansion. The Sr Analyst partners across PBM departments to foster relationships, address questions, gain communication knowledge, submit application requests and track progress against those requests. The individual will have responsibility to coordinate and track all activities against defined SOP/Work Instructions related to operational processes to execute communications in either print or digital channels for all assigned projects to ensure completion accurately, on time and on budget. This includes coordination across internal and external partners related to template set-up, member targeting/data, composition, quality assurance and client contractual requirements. The Sr Analyst supports the team managers with research and troubleshooting for all assigned executions, including root cause analysis exercise when applicable. The Sr Analyst takes responsibility for project metrics processes and reporting using the internal systems within Member Communications, tracking all progress and details within defined workflow tools. The position is structured to work within a team concept yet still affords the autonomy to work independently on specific projects. This individual will also train on operational processes related to communications supported by MCO teams to assist with execution during times of elevated volumes.

Required Qualifications
- Organizational/Project Management skills
- Strong Communication skills including ability to present and clearly articulate information to their Manager.
- Problem Solving capabilities / Pro-active identification of areas requiring improvements.
- Critical Thinking to actively and skillfully conceptualize, apply, analyze, and/or evaluate information.
- Ability to prioritize and oversee multiple work tasks on an on-going basis.
- Highly motivated and able to work with limited supervision within established guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Proficient in workflow tools (Aprimo, Eproject, SalesForce, etc.)
- General understanding of PBM Operations
- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to influence and skills in persuasion
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Project

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
