As a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for consolidation of forecasts and budget for Aetna Commercial businesses. You will be expected to be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple activities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, with ability to work independently within guidance frame defined by management. In this role, you will support the Sr. Manager of Commercial FP&A to gather insights into business performance and help to drive financial outcomes.

You will accomplish this by:
- Creating and maintaining business projection models and consolidation databases for both Membership and Gross Profit/Operating Income
- Producing forecast/budget reports to support Market/Segment analysis of projections
- Performing financial analysis and impactful recommendations in support of management's evaluation of strategic business initiatives.
- Leveraging strong financial modeling skills
- Collaborating across the organization on initiatives to drive businesses
- Effectively leveraging technology to streamline processes and provide insights into financial drivers
- Dynamically supporting ad hoc requests from senior leadership and business stakeholders
- Performing continuous process improvement
- At least 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and Hyperion/Essbase
- Established strategic thinker, learn and process new information quickly
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Ability to Build Trust across Business Partners
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Collaboration and teamwork skills
- Experience with Microsoft Access strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Health insurance industry work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
