This role falls under the Controllership team and is responsible for ensuring financial reporting accuracy. Creates and supports process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce compliance risks, enhance productivity, and improve financial analysis and insights. Ensures all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional standards, and organization policies. Prepares consolidation journal entries, eliminates intercompany transactions, and consolidates divisional and subsidiary financial accounts in a timely and accurate basis for inclusion in internal and external financial statements. - Work closely with business partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of accruals, prepaids, journal entries, and other month-end close activities.
- Assist in development and enhancement of financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support reconciliations and variance analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with FP&A team to analyze financial statements, identifying key strengths, weaknesses, risks, and opportunities.
- Experience with Excel - Macros, sum, pivot tables, XLOOKUP
- Oracle system experience
- Accounting and Finance experience (DAP, T-Accounts)
- General ledger experience
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Corporate finance, Financial management, Financial analysis
- Tableau experience
- Forecasting

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
