The Senior Analyst, Customer Success plays a critical role in supporting CVS Health's Trade Strategy & Operations Team, which delivers innovative digital solutions through Agile software development. This client-facing position is responsible for onboarding pharmaceutical manufacturer clients to our portfolio of digital applications, ensuring a smooth and professional experience that sets the tone for long-term collaboration.
In this role, you will:
- Lead onboarding and training sessions for high-profile pharma clients, providing guidance on application functionality and user setup.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT development teams to evaluate new applications, identify system requirements, and recommend enhancements based on evolving business needs.
- Manage user access, validate setup, and support ongoing client inquiries through email and virtual channels.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Compile business documentation including requirement specs, use cases, and process maps.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, validate requirements, and support implementation efforts.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to represent the voice of the user and contribute to product evolution.
- Develop and maintain standardized templates, training materials, and communication guides.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 Years of equivalent work experience, Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Project management and leadership experience
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile principles
- Critical thinking, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain flexible and engaged in an evolving environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables
- The ability to professionally and effectively present to customers and company leadership
- Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high-quality results

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
