The Senior Analyst, Business Consultant/Project Management is a fully remote role that plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of business unit strategic plans related to Medicaid provider directory standardization and optimization.Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of projects and implementation improvements that contribute to the overall success of print and online provider directories.
• Overseeing the end-to-end process and improvement activities as part of our provider directories.
• Displaying attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Working collectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• 3 - 5 years proven experience in working to support multiple business initiatives or projects.
• Excellent Excel skills, data base management skills, and strong analytical skills required ( Formulas, pivot tables, create charts, compare and handle large data sets).
• Strong knowledge of Medicaid products and understanding of provider data / directory products.
• Excellent problem-solving skills that include identification and development of mitigation strategies.
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence team members and colleagues at all levels.
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships across various functional areas.

• Experience with QNXT and Agile project management.
• QuickBase
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

• HS Diploma required
