Job Description
This position can be located anywhere in the United States.

People Leadership:
- Help train peer/junior colleagues
- Ensure learnings are shared within team (set-up trainings etc.)
- Support training of business partners product/actuarial concepts
- Utilize more junior colleagues efficiently to support work

Strategy & Partnerships:
- Own communication plan of work our team is completing
- Partner throughout enterprise to understand how products are evaluated by all partners
- Partner with UW and service pricing to ensure alignment on new product development
- Support leadership by participating in strategy workgroups (Win Rooms, Reset to Rise, etc.)

- Coordinate intake of new product work and assign to appropriate resource
- Ensure appropriate communications between business partners
- Develop best practices for workflow, documentation, etc. for new product work
- Engage on development of new products & aligning on strategies
- Review business cases for reasonability

Product Analytics:
- Lead Product Performance Gates
- Opine on & support creation of product performance metrics
- Ensure that product analytics are delivered timely and new exhibits are developed for new products
- Coordinate learnings from analytics with portfolio teams to ensure optimized strategies
- Utilize influencing skills to make sure needed actions are carried out

Portfolio Development:
- Support team if additional pricing is needed during peak D&C

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Business Experience

COVID Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of healthcare actuarial work
- 3+ Actuarial exams passed

- Bachelor's Degree
