Senior AI Product Lead

Leads department by providing strategic leadership and oversight for data-driven decision-making and program effectiveness. Develops and implements comprehensive data collection and analysis strategies. Leads the measurement and evaluation of programs. Oversees the creation of impactful reports and visualizations. Provides strategic recommendations based on data insights. Fosters collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring data governance and compliance, and driving continuous learning and skill development within the team. Manages and optimizes analytics processes, leveraging data for strategic planning, and guiding teams in delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes.Travel may be up to 10%.Job Responsibilities:
- Drive development, delivery, and maintenance of patient personalized AI products
- Work with colleagues to understand the user experience, define workflows and acceptance criteria
- Own use case backlog, write user stories, and define scope of PoC and MVPs
- Prioritize features and manage dependencies across teams
- Collaborate with UX, A&BC, and Engineering to ensure products are developed
- Coordinate with QA/UAT to validate products
- Define success metrics, monitor usage, lead iteration cycles
- 7-10 years work experience with 3-4 of those years focused on managing individual projects
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork
- Mastery of problem solving and decision making skills
- Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Expertise in personalization (e.g., MarTech) recommended
- Consulting and coding experience highly preferred
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience required. MBA preferred.
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
