- Own the Retail Online Fulfillment Strategic Roadmap, effectively prioritizing and sequencing impactful projects across a multi-year horizon
- Identifies and latches onto key opportunities, drilling deeply into existing or future opportunities and developing robust business cases to enable prioritization
- Leverages thought partners (Senior leaders, corporate partners, peers, team, etc.) as needed to create and revisit the strategy.
- Navigates ambiguity and change to achieve goals despite potential obstacles.
- Leads and participates in meetings/calls with corporate partners and retail executives
- Aligns the team to establish, update and maintain a clear set of actions across retail including interdependencies needed to achieve overall goals.
- Able to harvest and gather data to derive insights and inform portfolio direction
- Develop the right monitoring and KPI strategy to ensure portfolio products have proper oversight
- Champions innovation by bringing ideas to own leadership as well as the broader Retail Leadership Team in an agile way, while balancing growth against financial risk and incremental cost to the organization
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, with very strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Adept at building influential presentation content geared toward senior leadership alignment, containing an impactful level of detail without being too granular
- Establishes strong relationships both within the immediate team and across the organization, focusing on stakeholder currency to foster collaboration and buy-in
- Independently leads meetings with stakeholder groups, including across different business functions and levels of leadership
- Partner closely with direct report to ensure effective field and store change management strategy is in place to deliver committed results
- Leverage the right mechanisms, pursuant to the project or enhancement, that will render the right level of colleague activation while being cognizant of available colleague capacity
- Represent the change in a forum of senior corporate and field leaders, indepently presenting an a concise but empathetic way that reflects we've considered the colleagues perspective throughout
- Ensure effective planning for activation and rollout timelines, enabling a runway to get necessary alignment ahead of projects going live
- 5+ years of prior related work experience
- Demonstrate successful leadership experience in a highly competitive multi-unit environment. Relevant sectors include retail, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals
- Possess track record of influencing others with and without authority
- Experience actively taking on issues in a decisive manner, while keeping broader department dynamics in mind
- Experience operating under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics in real time, and finding solutions that satisfy multiple 'customers' of the business
- Experience understanding and breaking down highly complex situations to deliver impactful solutions in real time
- Experience effectively demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills, very strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Experience collaborating effectively across different business functions, different perspectives, and different styles of leadership
- Experience of working within and influencing a large team that manages a multi-million-dollar business unit to achieve financial and business results
- Business case development & design with ability to influence senior leadership to pursue recommended course of action
- Expertise leveraging MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- Ability to think about the impact of decisions within Retail Store Operations
- Consistently demonstrates strong executive presence
- Consistent record of exceptional collaboration skills in increasing larger scopes of responsibility
- Deep understanding of Retail Store Operations at CVS, or in other like external business models
- Demonstrated track record of high performance

- Regular and reliable attendance
- Travel- Ability, and willingness, to travel regularly, up to 10% of time, based on needs of the business
- Deep understanding of retail online fulfillment services
- Prior consulting experience
- Expertise with Excel
- Experience with performing analytics and/or building reporting using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Teradata, Tableau, etc.
- Advanced degree such as PharmD, Masters, or MBA

The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
