Retail Field HR Lead Director contribute to the development of a comprehensive Field Retail HR strategy and drive its path to fruition.

The Retail Field HR Lead Director partners with PCW HR, Retail Field, and Store Operations leadership to co-create and execute an effective HR Field Retail Strategy and operational initiatives that will deliver on the short- and long-term strategic priorities, tactics, and routines.

This role reports directly into the AVP of HR Acceleration & Strategic Enablement and acts as an extension of the Field HR VP. This role partners with HRDs, developing, planning, executing and monitoring initiatives to drive execution of Culture & Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Colleague and Labor Relations, Comp & Benefits and Human Resources Operational strategies with ensuring Management processes and routines are implemented. CVS Health is in search for a leader who has a strong work ethic, be a self-starter, and be able to be highly productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This position offers broad exposure to all aspects of the company's business, as well as significant interaction with all the business leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute both long-and short-term strategic plans
  • Serve as critical member to the HR Acceleration & Strategic Enablement team, act as an extension of Field HRVP, and strategic advisor to HRDs, provide guidance to complement their efforts as needed, and be a liaison between Store Ops HR, Labor, Legal, TA, Training and Corporate Communications teams
  • Serve as a representative for the Field HR leadership team on task forces, standing committees and projects, providing and advocating for the POV of the field HR leadership team
  • Create and deliver executive and integrated communications and tools for the Field Retail HR VPs and HR Team (One HR Readiness, HR Dashboard, Company communications, executive narratives and readouts, etc.)
  • Coordinate and drive planning, execution and implementing of Field HR cross functional, critical, and high impact projects and key initiatives
  • Coordinate and oversee critical talent initiatives and ensure proper linkage of HR's and operations priorities and plans, champion a change capable organization that helps colleagues to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Integrate relevant data and information and apply the findings to positively impact our business & function along with share key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics
  • Strategize with Field HR Leadership to reinforce organizational culture and engagement and drive the development of innovative and effective initiatives designed to increase colleague engagement and organizational success
  • Leverage organizational data to inform decision making, be comfortable compiling, analyzing and presenting data to inform the organization
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years Human Resources, Strategy, or Project Management experience or equivalent in another similar field

Education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
