PayFlex is looking for curious and innovative reporting analyst for our reporting function. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehouse structures, SQL, and Tableau to leverage data to create solutions and present data through reports, and dashboards. The candidate will serve as a key business resource to work with internal customers to expand and improve the reporting content at PayFlex.

Required Qualifications
- Strong desire to find the "why" behind the numbers
- Strong communicator with a natural ability to make the complex simple
- Takes pride in creating deliverables that tell a memorable story and demand deeper thought
- Advanced SQL & Python skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to work with internal customers to ensure they understand results
- 1 - 3 years of reporting experience (data warehouse experience a plus)

COVID Requirements
CVS Health requires its Colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.

As a part of this process, you will be required to provide information or documentation about the reason you cannot be vaccinated. In some states and roles, you may be required to have an approved reasonable accommodation before you can begin to actively work. If your request for an accommodation is not approved, then your employment may be terminated.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential
- Ability to understand and work towards the big picture while also working with IT peers on a very detailed, technical level

Education
- Bachelors degree in social science, biological science, computer science, mathematics or statistics, or engineering
- Masters degree preferred
