As the Accounts Payable Lead Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate reconciliation of drug supplier invoices. You will reconcile the purchase price variance report as well as variances between invoiced and receipt quantity on all related invoices.

Additionally, you will research vendor statements to ensure the continual supply of drug product to the PBM and Specialty pharmacies. You will also manage the relationship with vendor Accounts Receivable representatives, requiring well developed written and verbal communication skills. Due to the often-times complex nature of issues, you must have the ability to research receipt and pricing issues and have a foundation understanding of accounts payable principles.
- Acting as first level support to Invoice Reconciliation Representatives for questions related to processing invoices. Performing and completing invoice/procurement/pricing audit requests, providing necessary detail and results for Medicaid, Sox regulations and audits requests from various US state departments.
- Utilizing SAP and other Open Text reporting transactions to assist with external and internal price, procurement and billing verification requests. Reconcile and process complex vendor invoices utilizing internal vendor reporting, vendor statements and account payment history.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations against assigned accounts and assist other team members with statement reconciliation best practices and procedures. Uses intermediate to advanced Excel skills to formulate and filter data to research and resolve vendor disputes.
- Assists team members with technical and procedural training related to the daily function of their position.
- Acts as a mentor to new team members, sharing knowledge and experience to assist in providing them a basis for success.
- Completes vendor and reconciliation projects as assigned.

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
