The Reasonable Accommodations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Reasonable Accommodations team by managing the initial engagement with colleagues requesting accommodations. This position is responsible for facilitating the intake process and overseeing a variety of tasks related to accommodation requests, including the review of supporting documentation and responding to inquiries.

The Analyst ensures compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA/ADAAA), applicable federal and state laws, and company policies as they relate to accommodation requests due to physical or mental impairments, pregnancy or pregnancy-related conditions, religious beliefs, and circumstances involving domestic violence.Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the initial point of contact for colleagues and leaders regarding
new accommodation requests.
• Obtain, review, and manage documentation related to accommodation
needs in a timely and confidential manner.
• Respond to inquiries related to accommodation requests with a focus on
empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
• Make and receive calls to provide status updates, follow-ups, and
education about the process.
• Maintain detailed records and track requests using internal case
management systems and tracking tools.
• Ensure timely and appropriate documentation throughout the
accommodation process.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent, fair, and legally compliant
handling of accommodation cases. Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information
- 1+ years of experience partnering effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- 1+ years of experience handling conflict situations in rational and constructive manner
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Able to manage high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with ADA/ADAAA and FMLA
- Experience with case management
- Computer skills: Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $44.99This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
