And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryAs a Real Estate Deal Manager you are responsible for successfully managing your assigned Projects to a defined scope, schedule, in line with desired outcomes set forth by the Lead Director of Surplus. In addition to directly managing smaller scale deals nationally, Deal Manager will support Lead Director in moving larger more complex deals through the pipeline of surplus activity which includes stakeholder communications, day-to-day coordination, removing logistical challenges, and preparing deals for approval. The Deal Manager reports to the Lead Director of Surplus and will serve as back up to Lead Director as needed. Deal Manager will direct administrative team as needed along with external brokers and contractors.In this role your key growth opportunities will include: refining your real estate negotiation skills, program management and stakeholder relationship management skills; following best practices in preparing real estate strategies, plans, and schedules; exposure to deals nationally of of all types including terminations, leasing, subleasing, sales; expanding financial skillsets working Retail Accounting, Real Estate Finance, on all financial forecasts, projections, and budgets related to return on dispositions deals. Deal managers will manage expectations of contracted employees which may include; Coaching & Counseling, Positive and/or Constructive FeedbackRequired Qualifications

- 3 + years Real Estate Management degree and/or Real Estate negotiation experience
- Ability to excel in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities in order to meet objectives
- Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
