Empowering health care decisions through evidence-based insights, CVS Healthspire™ Life Sciences Solutions is committed to advancing clinical research by translating real-world data into actionable knowledge.As the Senior Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for leading critical multi-functional team activity across research units including Real World Evidence (RWE), Safety, Surveillance and Collaboration (SS&C) as well as Clinical Trial Recruitment, and others under development. You will provide direct oversight to internal teams supporting recruitment (including call center, print and email), eConsent and participant reimbursement through a mix of cross company collaborations and vendor relationships. Working with product development, study management, pricing, enterprise procurement and the leadership team, you'll support the expansion into new products and enhancements of existing products.What you will do:

  • Manage projects, programs, or processes for Operations.
  • Manage existing vendor relationships across products and supports onboarding new relationships as needed.
  • Create comprehensive key performance indicators and related processes and procedures for operational functions (including call center, eConsent, patient reimbursement, etc.), and coach team members on best practices to ensure key target measures are successfully achieved.
  • Develop actionable insights derived from project management tools, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback to drive improvement for Operations.
  • Apply advanced methods serving as the functional owner for outreach channels including Call Center, (both inbound and outbound call workflow), direct mail, SMS and social media.
  • Consult on key deliverables within the call center outreach component, maximizing sold contract value and owning realization of call center contract targets and managing appropriate channel margins.
  • Coordinate and influence key relationships in the sales process with partners at top pharmaceutical government research as well as non-traditional partners to ensure industry-leading satisfaction on design and implementation of strategic campaigns.
  • Coach and train junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing projects, programs, or processes for Operations
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Experience with RWE (real world evidence) studies or clinical trials
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Clinical patient facing experience
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
