As a Quality Engineer, the successful candidate should have an understanding of current industry trends in functional testing, test automation and test data management techniques.What you will do:

  • Develop and participate in test strategy discussions, ensuring test coverage for the newly created product features.
  • Ensure that defined QA Processes are followed in all aspects of project (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate).
  • Prepare reports and results of software testing.
  • Establish trust and build relationship with project stakeholders and team members (including offshore).
Required Qualifications
  • This position is Hybrid with remote and in-office days. Candidates must reside a commutable distance from the CVS Health office in Richardson, Tx to be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • 2 years of Test Automation experience with expertise in BDD Cucumber, Java and Selenium web driver, , TestNG , Maven, GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Knowledge in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Agile and Waterfall methodology experience.
  • Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert, improve current procedures, act as an information resource for assigned areas and provide guidance to team members.
  • Perform comprehensive testing to prevent introduction of application defects into Regression, End to End, Client and Production environments.
  • Ability to translate QA, UAT and business scenarios into Automated Regression Test Cases.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under high-pressure environments and simultaneously participate in multiple projects.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience related to Pharmacy Benefit Management(PBM), Prior Auth management/workflow.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required

The typical pay range for this role is:$72,100.00 - $144,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
