Provider Relations Liaison (Must reside in Arizona)

The Provider Relations Liaison is part of the internal Provider Representative team within the Mercy Care Network Management department. This position serves in a dual capacity, as both an Onboarding Specialist and an Internal Representative, supporting the Network Management mailbox.Each provider group approved to move forward with the Mercy Care contracting process is assigned an Onboarding Specialist. The Onboarding Specialist serves as a direct contact for the provider group as they go through the processes required to achieve a fully executed contract. The Onboarding Specialist's concierge approach offers providers timely responses, access to someone with a strong and broad knowledge base, and step-by-step guidance along the way. The Onboarding Specialist's responsibilities included, but are not limited to continuous communications with providers, reviewing credentialing applications to ensure completion and accuracy, completing Provider Demographic Forms ( PDF ) for provider data upload to the QNXT system, and new provider orientation in-services. Upon completion of the onboarding process, the contract is transitioned to the assigned Provider Representative.The other aspect of the role supports the Network Management mailbox. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, triaging and processing received provider requests, as well as completing Provider Demographic Forms ( PDF ) for provider data updates and terminations in the provider data and claims system. Additionally, when necessary, this person will support the Network Management mailbox by triaging and categorizing each submitted email, fax, or scanned mail.

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in provider relations and/or contracting.
- Must reside in Arizona.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently, while maintaining a team-oriented and collaborative nature.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to work with external customers, as well as collaborate interdepartmentally.
- Strong technological skills, including a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree and/or specialized training certification.
- High school diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
