Provider Data Specialist - Employee Assistance Program

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support members and providers This role involves making outbound calls to healthcare providers to verify availability and maintain accurate provider records across multiple systems, including Stoplight, Relationship Manager, and Smart Front End. The ideal candidate will document all interactions thoroughly and ensure members are connected with appropriate benefits and external resources. Additionally, this position may support case managers account executives by addressing network and provider availability concerns, correcting misinformation provided to members, and conducting outreach calls as needed.Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience within a call center.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 1-3 years of healthcare experience.
• Previous background in mental health or human services is highly desirable.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a social, psychological, or human service field is strongly preferred.

• High school diploma or GED.
