Responsible for mentoring new hires to help reduce the learning curve and provide guidance on best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Collaborates with appropriate areas of the organization to manage most complex and highly visible/strategic proposals with a clear understanding of products, programs and sales strategy.
- Responds to the most complex and largest proposal questionnaires using the proposal database or creating customized, proposal-ready questionnaire responses based on proposal quotation strategy and customer priorities.
- Obtains information from source systems to independently complete the most complex proposals, including statistical data and sample materials required for the proposal response.
- Drives proposal strategy call discussion for the most complex and or/highest visibility proposals by leading strategic discussions of product, program and network offerings. This includes taking accountability for communicating strategy to business partners through proposal and strategy summary documentation and identifying the need for/facilitating ongoing discussions.
- Serves as a team lead providing subject matter expertise. Acts as a liaison for the department and larger sales support community by influencing key partners to gather strategic information to fill identified gaps in proposal content; craft content for new products/programs.
- Works on more complex consultant RFIs
- Manages 1 or 2 consultant blueprints
- Backs up the Managers on managing RFP inboxes. Reviews and assigns middle market, NA and P&L RFPs to the rest of the team members as needed.
Salesforce.com products. Proposal/Project management experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of industry terminology and/or of Medicare
Part D is helpful.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
