Proposal Intake Coordinator

• Set up projects in proposal software (Loopio) including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 24 of receiving the request from the proposal director
• Apply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer
• Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.
• Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.
• Complete final proposal edits in proposal software.
• Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.

• Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
• 1-3 years experience communicating and negotiating across the business lines.
• Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

• Healthcare experience or knowledge is an asset.
• RFP project management experience.
