- Set up projects in proposal software (Loopio) including basic information and the questionnaire document(s) within 24 of receiving the request from the proposal director
- Apply the auto-fill function to populate standard topic areas and create a draft for the proposal writer
- Communicate with the assigned proposal writer to discuss draft and next steps.
- Provide daily reporting to the leadership team on active RFPs/RFIs to support workload planning.
- Complete final proposal edits in proposal software.
- Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with business partners.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with all business partners.
- Must enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment and be adaptable to changing priorities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
- 1-3 years experience communicating and negotiating across the business lines.
- Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.

- Healthcare experience or knowledge is an asset.
- RFP project management experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
