As the Manager, Business Consultant, you will be an individual contributor strategic leader responsible for driving complex, data-centric projects from inception to completion within Clinical Operations. You will partner closely with Clinical Operations leaders to define business requirements, guide technical development, and ensure delivery of actionable reporting solutions such as Tableau dashboards and data flow documentation. You'll play a pivotal role in translating business needs into technical execution, ensuring quality control, user training, and long-term sustainability of reporting products.To be a candidate for this role you will possess the following:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead meetings and drive consensus across technical and business teams.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks on a regular basis with high level of detail.
- Ability to identify, analyze and solve complex problems considering a variety of factors.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, mathematical, skills and the ability to interpret and make inferences from data and communicate effectively to drive results.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to use positive and persuasive influences on operations colleagues, technical team members, or senior leaders to consider alternative points of view.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and provides recommendations that best fit business needs.
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently but will collaborate with others as needed.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness in problem-solving and confidence in learning complex material.

- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, data analytics, or clinical operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving data and reporting tools.
- Experience in quality control and documentation development.
- Proficient computer knowledge of Microsoft office products, Windows based operations (V-Look up, Pivot tables, etc.).
- Understanding of Tableau, Alteryx, and enterprise data environments (e.g., Teradata, SQL).
- Experience in Clinical Operations or PBM environments.
- Familiarity with Clinical Operations platforms and reporting workflows.
- Prior experience in user training and enablement.
- Bachelor's degree required, equivalent experience may be considered.

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
