- Lead and manage the end-to-end production support function for enterprise applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and rapid issue resolution
- Oversee SQL Server development and optimization, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and database health checks
- Provide technical oversight for .NET-based systems, collaborating with dev teams on code-level fixes and deployments
- Own and optimize monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, Splunk, and other APM/logging tools
- Manage major incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement permanent corrective actions
- Establish SLAs and KPIs for production support, driving continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, QA, and infrastructure to ensure proactive support and resilient architecture
- Mentor and lead a global support team, instilling a culture of ownership, accountability, and service excellence
- Manage after-hours and on-call support coverage, including incident escalation and coordination
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in a production support or SRE leadership role
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures, T-SQL, indexing, and performance tuning
- Experience with .NET technologies and troubleshooting application performance issues
- Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, and other monitoring/log analysis tools
- Proven incident management and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with ITIL practices, change management, and CI/CD environments
- Experience in healthcare industry with Utilization and Care Management
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure)
- Understanding of DevOps practices and automation in support operations
- PMP, ITIL, or SRE certifications are a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Highschool diploma plus 4 years relevant work experience.)

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
