Aetna, CVS Health is seeking a Product Owner to join our Aetna Interoperability Office team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of functionality and capabilities in support of the electronic exchange of clinical data, with a focus on increased accessibility of data to improve the member, provider and internal colleague experience. You will be working across a highly collaborative environment to implement a product vision with a clear focus on providers and members, regulatory and end-user needs. You will assist with program strategy, and portfolio and planning initiatives. As part of the Interoperability team, you will work collaboratively with Business, Clinical, Architecture, Compliance, IT, and Legal to deliver technologies and processes that comply with government regulations and advance our strategy for electronic clinical data exchange. The desired candidate will have proven experience in either a project management, clinical data exchange, revenue integrity, quality, value-based care or product management, plus for candidates with a strong knowledge of working in a product life cycle in the healthcare industry. A successful candidate is comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, changing environment. Additional Responsibilities Include:

- Lead Product Deployment planning and execution
- Manage request intake and support documentation of stories and features
- Collaborate with IT and Architects on incremental enhancement planning
- Outline solution objectives and business rationale to drive IT prioritization
- Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the industry
- Track and report on key project and program metrics to ensure successful progression of the overall portfolio
- Collaborate with other functional managers across the enterprise business segments to ensure workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed
- Influence change to improve performance results, organizational effectiveness, systems, quality and/or services
- 4-7 years or more of healthcare experience
- At least 3 years of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analyst experience, to
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects, or
- At least 3 years of experience in a subject matter area fueling need for clinical data exchange and interactivity between providers and payers
- Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Certification in SAFe Agile, Six Sigma, Product Management professional or Project Management professional
- Medicare, Medicaid or Commercial Health Plan experience
- Knowledge of Value-Based Care, population health, and/or data exchange programs

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $119,340.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
