As a Product Owner for Interoperability, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of functionality and capabilities in support of the electronic exchange of clinical data, with a focus on accelerating federal regulations. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment to implement product vision with a clear focus on providers, customers, regulatory and end-user needs. You will assist with program strategy, and portfolio and planning initiatives. As part of the Interoperability team, you will work collaboratively with Business, Clinical, Architecture, Compliance, IT, and Legal to deliver technologies and processes that comply with government regulations and advance our strategy for electronic clinical data exchange. The desired candidate will have proven experience as a seasoned project manager, with experience leading in a SAFE Agile environment and strong knowledge of working in a product life cycle in the healthcare industry. A successful candidate is comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, changing environment.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Lead Product Deployment planning and execution
- Collaborate with IT and Architects on Program Increment planning
- Manage the backlog and document stories, objectives and features
- Drive IT prioritization
- Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the industry
- Track and report on spending and value metrics to ensure alignment to the portfolio
- Collaborates across the enterprise business segments with other functional managers to ensure workflow processes and interdependencies are identified and addressed
- Coordinates with Program UAT Lead to complete testing
- Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness, systems, quality and/or services
- Assists others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan

Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years or more of healthcare experience
- At least 3 years of Product Owner, Scrum Master, and/or Business Analyst experience
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager with a proven track record of managing complex projects
- Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Medicare, Medicaid or Individual Health Plan experience.
- Knowledge of federal regulations and compliance requirements for government business
- Process mapping and discovery experience
- Certification in SAFe Agile methodology or Project Management Professional
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is requiredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
