What you will do
- Manages the product backlog, continuously assesses reporting needs, and identify gaps to meet consumer and client requirements.
- Define the product vision, capabilities, priorities, and roadmap both internally and externally.
- Identify opportunities for future reporting initiatives and client growth.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements for actionable reports.
- Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the product development process.
- Demonstrate expert understanding of data sources to collaborate with various data platform teams for data ingestion, standardize definitions, and issue remediation.
- Deliver findings and reports to management and the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Provide consultation on reporting needs, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Contribute to streamlining value delivery processes, including participating in the development of strategic plans and objectives to improve client experience goals.
- 5+ years work experience
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Agile SAFe certified
- 5+ years SQL and data analysis experience
- Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification preferred.
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in related Information Technology, Business Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field.

The typical pay range for this role is:$101,970.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
