As a Product Owner of a myPBM product, you will drive the development and implementation of the product objectives and vision by collaborating with the Product Manager and DDAT to ensure efficient delivery of market leading product for the myPBM vision. You will be responsible for the product delivery lifecycle and ensuring acceptance of work that fully meets business expectations and product quality. You will serve as the product expert to customers and internal partners by sharing product knowledge and demonstrating product capabilities.The role of the product owner will include the following expectations:Serve as Product Ambassador and expert

- Knowledge share on product and integration with other products
- Manage production support of product
- Responsible for release planning/scheduling/shakeouts
- Partner with PM to understand vision and priorities
- Aid PM in product feature and roadmap planning
- Author business requirements/user stories to align with features or production support issues
- Perform testing on user stories to ensure user acceptance and quality on delivery
- Provide team guidance throughout development, QA, and implementation
- Partner with other product teams to determine, understand, and drive through dependencies
- Collaborate with product team to drive design, usability and enhancements that align to the overall program vision and goals
- Drive decisions during product development, QA and product releases
- Plan discussions and design with product team, especially UX designers and Architects
- Provide demos to internal and external users
- Answer questions and share knowledge on product
- Work with Communication and Training teams to provide content on product updates
- 5 years working within a PBM, benefits, or product management area, or similar work experience.
- Experience in requirements gathering and systems or business analysis.
- Ability to travel domestically 15% of the time.
- Experience/background in benefits or plan design
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
