  • Competent, self-starter with ability to work independently, solve problems, prioritize work appropriately, and communicate with various stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions that will drive outcomes.
  • Partner with various cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, define requirements, and prioritize features based on business impact, value, viability, and feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design team and engineering team on the delivery of product deliverables, ensuring quality and usability
  • Manage product roadmap and ensure alignment with stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future strategy.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement. Ensure customer/user problems are addressed for prioritized initiatives.
  • Lead Agile Release Train Feature's Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap Ownership and Development
  • Have extensive experience in participating in PI planning sessions and worked with business on the product roadmap and committed objectives draft plan
  • Has adept experience in working with cross functional teams and tracking the dependencies and mitigating business risks encountered during the PI execution
  • Makes decisions, in partnership with ART and Solution leaders that drives program increment priorities with ROI.
  • Maintaining and prioritizing a dynamic product backlog, incorporating feedback and adjusting priorities to meet evolving business goals
  • Develops lean business cases for Epic and feature acceptance, makes recommendations and defines what success will look like for Epics that are critical to driving value for strategic priorities.
  • Sets and owns vision and roadmaps for their team as well as provides subject matter expertise and guidance on the product strategy to scrum teams and leaders.
  • Responsible for translating customer and business needs into short term and long-term product direction (outcome roadmap)
  • Partner w/ other areas including architecture design, and engineering to lay the groundwork for future feature delivery.
  • Prioritizes and aligns the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs - managing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog.
  • Escalates risks and issues to program backlog to stakeholder along with providing recommendations on tradeoffs and solutions.
  • Responsible for release definition as well as works with release management, where applicable, to decide when enough value has been accrued to warrant a release to the customer participant in biweekly System Demos
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to understand data mapping, integration points, process workflows from an end-to-end perspective.
  • Ability to analyze, map, translate technical changes to business value and communicate to various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of product management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
  • Support multiple ART, Solution in Agile environment
  • CSPO / SAFe Agilist / SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager (POPM) certified
  • Experience with enterprise and vendor integrations
  • Experience with cloud implementations preferably Google Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of data management
  • Create and maintain high quality requirement artifacts (Business Epics, features, user stories, process flows, use cases, data mapping sheets, etc.) using various tools (i.e. Rally, Visio, Lucid chart, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or with clinical programs is a plus
  • Experience with clinical health care / pharmacy data and clinical decision support systems
Education

Bachelor's degree of engineering or equivalent experiencePay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
