Responsible for the implementation of significant product initiatives. Applies in-depth knowledge of managing all aspects of project plan(s), maintaining understanding of technical aspects and details of execution, and identifying product implications and dependencies.

- Establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for Minute Clinic team to drive growth and clinic volume.
- Data analysis to understand patterns and draw conclusions in a hypothesis driven approach
- Implement and monitor business plans and oversees business optimizations to deliver on KPIs
- Take full accountability for results, serve as product expert, and leverage all resources available to achieve KPIs
- Direct/provide enhancements to business processes, policies, and infrastructure to improve product delivery
- Challenge self and others to look to the future to create quality products, services, and solutions
- Ensure product strategies are articulated in a compelling manner customized for different stakeholders including laying out facts / data in easily digestible format and drawing clear conclusions
- Assists in the management of robust high-level business requirements and help to deliver on product strategy considering linkages between systems, technical system implications, and anticipating changes and resolving barriers
- Assesses risks, communicates dependencies, and recommends alternative solutions in a timely manner that allows for mitigation and strategic reaction
- Strong communication (both oral and written) skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and make large scale programmatic recommendations
- Strong understanding of EPIC
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Experience in client management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships and client satisfaction

- Experience in product development including managing business requirements and project oversight

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
