And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: CVS Pharmacy, Inc., a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Product Development Manager to develop and/or use algorithms and statistical predictive models and determine analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes in context of driving iteratively innovative feature roadmap to improving key applications and processes. Enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development. Solve challenging analytical/data problems while contributing to the success of key strategic initiatives with responsibility for the design, development and delivery of analytic solutions. Enable data-driven strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for existing product improvement and new product development. Perform diagnostic analyses, data validation, breaking down problems, conducting advanced analytics, creating effective data visualizations, and communicating findings as a compelling data storyteller, summarizing findings for presentation to leadership. Identify patterns, generate and test hypotheses, and translate data into actionable insights to improve the product. Conduct advanced analytics to provide strategic recommendations to solve business problems. Collaborate closely with the leadership team, data and analytics teams and other functions to drive Services and Data Insights products. Apply statistical techniques to measure effectiveness of mini tests, identify root causes, and manage performance of developed projects. Ideate and develop new business processes, from beginning to end, including testing, design, piloting, and deployment strategy. Recommend and implement processes that support quantitative and qualitative analysis. Perform advanced modeling, reporting development, and contribute to data infrastructure improvements aimed at improving performance. Collaborate with business partners to understand problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics that will prioritize most important features to maximize ROI and impact. Define and monitor success metrics through product analytics. Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses and broad knowledge of the organization and/or industry. Responsible for stakeholder discussions for overall vision and translate them into detailed requirements, user stories, and actionable tasks, then feedback discussions to refine them. Build models, delivering powerful solutions that inform strategy and design, improve performance and engagement, develop new offerings, and enhance consumer experience. Solve problems, drive impact, and deliver key insights by leveraging innovations in industrial engineering, data science, quality control, system simulation, and modeling techniques. Derive meaning from data and deploy robust solutions through development, validation, and delivery of algorithms, statistical models and reporting tools. Develop, validate, and execute algorithms and statistical predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns, and recommend solutions, determining analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes. Explore existing data and recommends additional sources of data for engineering economic analysis. Apply principles and theoretical knowledge and expertise in operations research, data science, data modeling, and data analytics. Telecommuting available.- Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires two (2) years of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, GIT, and DevOps; Python; JSON; Agile methodologies; Oracle; JIRA, Rally, or Confluence; MySQL and SQL; Spark and Airflow; Domain support for healthcare or retail organization; Contributing to large-scale applications development, data science, or data analytics projects; Containerized services, storage, and workspace management; and Developing and deploying predictive models or ML systems in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS, or Azure).Pay Range: $98,571.00/year to $136500.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
