- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, or focus on field service roles.
- Proven experience in hardware diagnostics and repair (laptops, desktops, printers, networking equipment).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, mobile devices, and enterprise software applications.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Travel local and regional a MUST.
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required (e.g., evenings or weekends for emergency support or scheduled Server or Network maintenance).
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Ability to support Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of ticketing system ServiceNow
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls daily.
- Effectively able to handle end user Retention proactively.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $40.90This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
