- Ensures that all operations are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assesses stock levels and expiration dates, facilitating proper rotations to minimize waste and maintain an adequate supply of critical medications.
- Implements quality assurance measures to ensure that all pharmaceutical products and medications are handled, stored, and distributed according to established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and other applicable regulations related to the handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Integrates process improvements, automation technologies, and standardization methods to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.
- Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of the pharmacy distribution center.
- Coordinates with internal and external business partners to provide leadership, functional advice, and training to staff as needed.
- • Oversees ongoing training programs to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles.
- 3+ years leadership within a Distribution Center/Warehouse
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Understanding of WMS
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Adept at business intelligence
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork

- Bachelor's Degree

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
