Are you ready to make a real impact in patient care while working with a supportive, innovative team? As a Pharmacist with us, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every prescription is filled accurately and every patient receives outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the safe, accurate dispensing of medications
• Guide and mentor pharmacy support staff, sharing your expertise and coaching for quality
• Review and resolve prescription discrepancies, always putting patient safety first
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service to patients and healthcare professionals
• Participate in performance improvement projects and team meetings
• Support new hires as a mentor and role model
• Join our On-Call pharmacist rotation as needed

• You'll have a direct hand in improving patient outcomes
• Your ideas and input will help us continuously improve
• You'll be part of a team that values communication, learning, and support

• 1+ years of pharmacist experience
• Current California Pharmacist License in good standing (per state requirements)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

• PharmD preferred
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
• Advanced collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Growth mindset: agility and commitment to developing yourself and others
• Strong execution and delivery skills (planning, delivering, supporting)
• Ability to weigh costs and benefits to choose the best course of action
• Advanced digital literacy
• Possession and maintenance of additional out-of-state licenses preferred

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 5-10 lbs repeatedly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working around moving machinery and wearing protective equipment as needed
