This hybrid position can be based in Hartford, CT or elsewhere in the United States.The role is a part of the NextGen Production Support Environment team, focusing on Non-Production Support:

• Claims system: Health Rules Payer (HRP)
• Enrollment systems: Market Prominence (MP) & Softheon

The position requires collaboration with business, QA, release delivery, infrastructure, and vendor partners, driving system stability and maintaining code releases.Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system upgrades.
• Analyze defect reports across the Non-Production Environments.
• Provide on-call support 24x7 as needed on a rotating basis.
• Participate in infrastructure, maintenance, and application release check-outs.
• Maintain system support documentation.
• Follow established methodologies, standards, and guidelines.
• Contribute to event, incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with applications teams to monitor systems and processes, ensuring availability and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a positive environment and build successful relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supporting multi-tier applications.
• 3+ years experience with or exposure to batch processing, monitoring technologies, and trend analysis
• Knowledge or experience with AppDynamics (i.e., transaction analysis, dashboarding, and alerting) .
• Knowledge or experience with Splunk (i.e., data analytics, dashboarding, reporting, and alerting) .
• Knowledge or experience with relational databases and DML for SQL queries and Linux shell commands.
• Knowledge or experience with event and incident management across multiple teams.
• Knowledge or experience working in or leading dynamic, cross-disciplinary teams through issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java/J2EE, Oracle Weblogic, Apache Karaf, and IIS.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field or equivalent experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $222,480.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
