And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: PBM Data Domain Owner to Devise the data strategy for Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) team to ensure domain data drives value across the organization. Duties include: Collaborate with business leaders and the Technology Data Steward to understand the business needs and data requirements, and create a strategy that meets those needs; synthesize current business intelligence and trend data to create a comprehensive data management vision and support recommendations for action that ensure accountability for data governance metrics, data lifecycle management, and compliance within one or more business data domains; define and document data use cases for domain data across the PBM and collaborate with technical colleagues to ensure responsive technical solutions; serve as liaison between business and technology to promote adherence to data strategies, policies, and standards among data users, improve data quality, ensure data management adherence, mitigate data risks, and encourage collaboration and business agility among teams; work with technology leaders to validate technical solutions to meet overall strategy and address business use cases; partner with the Digital, Data, Analytics, & Technology (DDAT) Team to guide the strategic direction of data governance consistent with enterprise standards; establish, document, and monitor Data Governance and Data Quality metrics, collaborate with Data Steward to define domain-specific objectives and key results (OKRs), track the effectiveness of data governance practices, and work with business leaders to drive compliance with data management policies and standards within the domain; serve as the subject matter expert in domain-specific data and systems to empower end-users and drive broad and appropriate data use; provide technical support for data-related tools, datasets, resources, and end-users; promote adoption of standard processes and tools for data querying, reporting, and analytics and drive standardization across the PBM; facilitate effective resource allocation and planning to ensure successful implementation of data governance initiatives; participate in PBM-wide initiatives, including as decision-maker on data management initiatives for the Data Stewardship council; provide domain expertise and communicate with relevant business leaders; and mentor junior team members. Telecommuting available. Multiple positions.- Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Working in a highly regulated, complex, data-heavy environment; Successful project management for cross-team/department initiatives; Healthcare experience; Collaborating with IT/Data organizations to set goals and oversee execution; Data Integration, Data Architecture, Data Analysis, Data Modelling, and Data Migration; Data Engineering tools: SQL, SAS, or Python; Data warehouse platforms: SQL Server, Teradata, or Oracle; and Collaborating with business stakeholders and product teams to create Data Insights, Reports, Visualizations, and Interactive Dashboards using Design Thinking principles and building solutions on BI platforms, including MicroStrategy, Tableau, or Power BI.Pay Range: $125882.00/year to $182549.00/year.This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
